Abira’s interpretation of the theme ‘The Heart of the Matter’, was how the beauty of the flowers seen above the ground can only be created from the depth that lies beneath. What isn’t seen (below the surface) is the sustenance from where a life-form develops. It’s the true HEART of the beauty, and it’s that true HEART that MATTERS for surface beauty to be valued.

Art on Loftus is a community art exhibition held annually since 2008 and hosted by C3 Church Carlingford. Art on Loftus aims to provide an inclusive forum for the local community to explore the nature of God’s gift of creativity through a variety of media. This year’s judge was Tony Belobrajdic.
